A new addition to Direct Engineering in 2014 is our powder coating service based in Hillington. Direct Engineering use the highest quality application equipment, powders and pre-treatments, providing a professional powder coating service for volume and batch manufacturers.
We offer high quality workmanship and an extensive range of powder paint which includes both standard and non standard colours in a variety of finishes and gloss levels.
The coatings are based on polyester resin which is cured at a high temperature, providing a superior smooth surface that is resistant to colour fading in direct sunlight.
The conveyor has a speed of 2.7m per minute therefore the system is capable of high volume work
We offer commercial and domestic services and our automated system allows for us to complete large orders fast and at budget cost.

Unit 1. Has 8 adjustable fixed guns.
Unit 2. Has 6 reciprocating guns for larger parts.
